1. What we do

We act as the seller’s agent. We do not buy caravans ourselves. We market units to trade, export, park and private buyers, collect offers, and hold and pass on the money. The sale contract is between the seller and the buyer; we arrange it and hold the money.

2. Sellers

A £99 listing fee is payable when you list. If no offer at or above your trade valuation arrives within 14 days, the £99 is refunded. A £200 completion fee is payable only when you have been paid.

You confirm that you own the caravan outright (no finance owed) and have told us about any issues you know of. A completed photo checklist and details are needed before marketing begins. You agree a reserve price with us, the minimum you will accept. Accepting an offer is a binding agreement to sell at that price. You are responsible for your own park agreement and any notice it requires. The buyer arranges and pays for transport; you provide access for collection.

3. Buyers

Registration is free. We may decline or remove accounts. An offer is a binding offer to buy at that price, ex‑site. Offers are private; we confirm acceptance with you by phone. A reservation fee of £199 is payable when your offer is accepted and secures the unit. You pay the full amount to us within 24 hours. Prices are ex‑site; you arrange transport. Units are sold as seen, from the photos, video and description. Collection within 7 days of release.

4. Payment and release

The buyer pays us and we hold the funds as agent. Once payment has cleared, the seller is paid (less the completion fee) within one working day and the unit is released for collection.

5. Parks

Parks may list units under agreed terms and fees, and confirm they have the right to sell each unit.

6. Transport

Transport quotes are indicative until confirmed. The mover’s terms govern the carriage itself.

7. Cancelling

Sellers may withdraw a listing before an offer is accepted; the listing fee is not refunded except under the 14‑day guarantee. Withdrawing after accepting an offer may make you liable for the buyer’s costs. Statutory cancellation rights apply where they apply.

8. Our responsibility

We rely on the details sellers give us. We are not responsible for the condition of any caravan. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the transaction, except where the law does not allow that limit.

9. Messages

We send text messages to the mobile number you give us. Text STOP to opt out.

10. General
